South 40 Western Wear offers the following Returns and Exchange Policy:

South 40 Western Wear will accept returns within 30 days of shipment.  
We recommend that you try the boots or shoes on at home, on carpeting, to make sure the fit and feel is what is best for you.
  
The footwear must me clean and free from wear, scuffs, scratches, dirt and sand, and in store bought condition.  Footwear must be returned with all boxes, packing material, tags and packaging included.  
A refund or replacement will be given when the footwear has been returned.

Shipping footwear back to South 40 Western Wear is the responsibility of the customer.  Return or exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer and not South 40 Western Wear unless the order was shipped in error by South 40 Western Wear.  Returns and exchanges MUST include either a RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM or EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION FORM included inside the box (below). 

If you would like a refund, we will give you a 100% refund of your purchase price less a $7.50 restocking charge.  If you desire an exchange instead there is no cost to you (other than the difference of item retail price if you chose to exchange for a different item).  

Returns take 5 to 10 days to arrive at our store and can take up to an additional 7 days to process, depending on the day that they arrive.

Defects:  All warranties are based on the manufacturers' warranty.
Call South 40 Western Wear immediately if you have a defect in your new boots, so that we may contact the company.
Shoes and boots may have to be returned to the manufacturer by the customer, so that they may be examined by the company's quality control department.
The warranty term begins at the time of purchase.
Footwear found to have abusive sole and upper treatment may not be returned for any reason.
